Chapter 5 members personally serve free ice cream room to room twice a month (1st & 3rd Wednesday) to our hospitalized veterans at the Eugene J. Towbin Veterans Healthcare Center, Ft Roots in North Little Rock. Contact Gene Rasure if you are interested in participating or donating to the program.
Note: There are few if any patient veterans pictured on this page due to confidentiality HIPPA compliance. We usually serve about 70-90 ice cream cups/cones per visit.
